The apartment layout is not unique but everything is in good working order; on the rare occasion I've had to call maintenance they are very prompt in responding. The landscaping is really nice; the outside of buildings could use a little cleaning up but with my own reserved parking spot, my own washer/dryer and no water or garbage bill I am very happy! I love the online rent payment option and affordable rent, and the fact that this is a pet-friendly property. I could not find a more affordable deal anywhere in the area with my current income. The only thing I wish I could change is to make this a non-smoking property. Unfortunately the smell of cigarette smoke seeps into my apartment from my neighbors on occasion.

i was there for a year and a half. the office was always helpful, it was never noisy, always clean. it has been my best apartment experience i've had.

I have only technically been a resident for 24 hours, but the office employees are friendly and helpful, the property is beautiful, and I couldn't hope for a better place to be.
